A. SHIPMENT INFORMATION

We offer standard shipping to the following countries: 

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom

Shipment is via AUSTRIAN MAIL (Österreichische Post AG).

Flat-rate shipment fees for AUSTRIA are € 3 and for all other EUROPEAN COUNTRIES set out above € 9 per order.

For shipment to other countries please send us an email (info@saidthefox.at) specifying the item, amount and delivery address, including zip code and country. We will get back to you shortly and tell you whether we can ship to the desired country and inform you of shipment fees, once we have made an inquiry with our shipment partner.

Collection by the customer is not possible for logistical reasons.

B. PAYMENT INFORMATION

For deliveries within Austria and deliveries abroad, we offer payment by credit card and by credit card via Paypal.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Payment by credit card is effected by the external service provider STRIPE Inc. (including Stripe Payments Europe Ltd) via SSL-Übertragung (Secure Socket Layer), which involves the immediate encryption of the entered data. And by PAYPAL (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
